I've been going to Kyla to get Brazilians the past few months. I was so scared for my first one but I love the results so I kept going back. And it's gotten easier each time. The first was the most painful, now there's barley any hair.  She's also given me facials and they were great. I can tell she tries to do her best with both services because at other places I feel like they just will do the job like they're just trying to check off the box but I feel like when she does it she wants to make sure it's done as best as possible. I went here originally for a different service than changed my mind after putting down a $100 deposit.  I was unable to get a refund, instead, received a credit to use the deposit toward something else.  So, I decided to get the signature facial that included an eyebrow wax.  I normally do my own eyebrows and, like them, full and natural, I was told wax was to "clean up" my eyebrows... I walked out with half the eyebrows I walked in.  And what's more frustrating, I was literally speaking to the lady before she did my eyebrows that my mom used to do my eyebrows years ago but she would make them too thin and I don't like that look.... Like asking me "how do I like my eyebrows?" After they've been waxed is not helpful...you can't put the hair back.  I brushed it off at the moment, because I told her "not much we can do now"... but now (one day later) it's really bothering me. My eyebrows are so thin and DO NOT FIT my face...  Besides the terrible eyebrow experience, the facial was okay. It was $140, so I definitely don't think it was worth the money.   The original lady I spoke to (not the one who did the service) was super nice. And they have other services too, so maybe those are what the place is known for. I originally found Body Beautiful  through Groupon. I loved the results from the thermalift. They were offering great package prices on 5 additional thermalift/thermage treatments that I purchased as well. Monica is very kind & informative on skin care. I found Body Beautiful Spa from Groupon, and am so thankful I did! I've had nothing less than an absolutely wonderful and relaxing experience each visit. The whole staff has a bright and positive energy as soon as you walk in the door. Kyla has constructed all my facials (Just Glow, mini signature, & pumpkin enzyme facial) and the ultra lifting as well. She is super sweet, communicative and friendly. I've been getting facials with Kyla since I bought the Groupon in March and haven't turned back. My skin feels amazing, I've seen a change in my skin tone and also a lot of my acne has gone away. I  had a lovely session today at the spa, after I signed up for a groupon Special, and ended up getting the Royal treatment with a signature facial complete with massage and and relaxing music.. First impression lasts! Bought a package of 3 ultra lift and made an appointment. I first met Monica, she tour me around and explained everything. She's a sweetheart, on top of everything and will make way to suit your needs. Awesome cozy place to have all your beauty stuff done. I love how Kyla did my ultra lift she's so thorough and felt every inch of my face was covered having lift. After 2nd session I can already noticed my jawline is more firm and lifted. Don't wait for all the great deals they offer... you will love your new youLove! Love! Love ittttt! I wish I can avail of another great deal of ultra lift to maintain my fresh lifted face without using any botox or fillers. I bought a package from Groupon. When I arrived for my appointment Monica let me know that it wasn't what I was looking for to get the results I needed and she gladly switched it to the Therma-Lift.
